You can add a security authenticator device from the Security Management section in your client portal. You will need access to your registered email address and an authenticator app.
Before you start
Make sure you have:

Steps to add your security authenticator device

| 8 | Enter the one-time passcode generated by your authenticator app. |

Important notes
- The one-time passcode is usually valid for a short period, such as 30 seconds.
- If the code expires, open the authenticator app and use the latest code.
- Do not share your QR code or one-time passcode with anyone.
