The "Market is Closed" error occurs when attempting to place, modify, or close orders outside a product’s trading hours, such as on weekends, market holidays, outside trading sessions, or during temporary closures. To check trading hours, open Market Watch in MT5, right-click the product, select Specification, and review the trading session. Note that trading hours vary by product and some have breaks during the day.
