To reset your password, go to the client portal login page, click "Forgot password?", enter your registered email, and follow the emailed instructions. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. Do not share your password, and contact Support if you did not request a reset.
Steps to reset your password

Password requirements
Your new password must include:
