To customize the product list in MetaTrader 5 desktop, press Ctrl + M or go to View Market Watch. To add a product, right-click in Market Watch, select "Symbols," find the product, and click "Show." To hide a product, right-click it and select "Hide." To show or hide all products, right-click in Market Watch and choose "Show All" or "Hide All."
